How does shipping work?

Edge Home partners with global merchants and manufacturers to provide you the best prices and the latest gadgets. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, France, Thailand, India, China, etc. via our partnership with a variety of courier services, including USPS for the States and local postal services from your country, wherever you are from. Since we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-18 days to arrive if you are from the States, Europe or Australia, and 2-4 weeks if you are from other countries. For many of our products, we offer shipping times of 5-12 days, but it does depend on each item and its location and also on the time of year. Please bear in mind that sometimes courier delays can occur, and if this does happen then shoot us an email and we will make it up to you with either a free gift or a coupon code. There are often many delays during the festive season, and while we always strive to get your items to you on time, we can't always guarantee it. During the Coronavirus pandemic, there may be some delays on orders, but we are still open for business as usual! When do I get the tracking number?

The tracking number takes 3-5 business days to appear, since we prepare the package for the shipment it takes up to 36 hours after your purchase for us to prepare your order for the shipping. The tracking update comes by email also you can see it on your order page . PLEASE COPY/PASTE THE TRACKING NUMBER TO THE TRACKING SECTION AT THE BOTTOM OF OUR WEBSITE. Please check all of your email folders for an update or come back to your order page in 3-5 days!

In what cases can I ask for a refund?

(Our 30 day money back guarantee) If the product is not as described or has been damaged through shipment, send us a picture of the problem, and we will give you a refund (you have 30 days after delivery to contact us). If you change your mind after purchasing and receiving your product a product a refund will not be given. Also If the item does not get to you 5 weeks after the purchase. Please don't ask for a refund before 5 weeks pass after the purchase. Products that are opened or used are not returnable under any circumstances. If you have any issues at all with your order then you can return the item back to us or exchange it for something else if it doesn't meet your standards. We want you to know that there is absolutely no risk in buying something on our store and your payment is always protected with us. If you don't like an item, then simply let us know so that we can resolve things. Please refer to our refund policy here.

Can exchange an item?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide and look across the globe for talented designers to provide high quality products so depending on what product you order, and where that designer/distributor is located, will determine where your product ships out from.
